We also do a group run from the store on Monday nights that goes through Betton Hills. The run has a good variety of ability levels so feel to run your pace and distance.

Dr. Van Tassel graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1981. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1990. He has practiced in Tallahassee since 1991 where he provides Tallahassee families with the best possible chiropractic care while also serving as a team doctor for Florida State University athletics programs.
Kim Ortloff has a degree from Florida State University in exercise physiology through the College of Human Sciences. She is a graduate of the CORE Institute of Massage Therapy and is a licensed massage therapist and sports massage therapist in the state of Florida. Kim continues to study with Aaron Mattes, kinesiologist and founder of the Mattes method of Active Isolated Stretching.
Alexis is the owner of Just Get Fit, LLC a health and fitness consulting business specializing in personal fitness training, massage therapy, group fitness instructing for all ages, also providing fitness consulting to businesses, colleges and athletic teams as well.

Kelly Currier is a registered dietitian offering services to the Tallahassee area. She graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and the University of Florida with a Masters in Human Performance. She has been a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian (in the state of Florida) since 2008. Kelly played for the Lady Tiger soccer team at Clemson University (2003–2006) including one year as captain. She also completed the 2011 Disney Marathon.
